KEENE, N.H.--Keene State senior Ben Keach has had his share of memorable days in the throwing circles and runways around New England, but few come close to his performance at this year s Little East Conference Outdoor Track Championship when the Newfields, N.H. native pulled off the trifecta, winning the shot put, discus and javelin events and taking second in the hammer.
